Dear XENO-CLO Customer,
We are doing our best to deliver your purchase to your doorsteps as fast as possible, whilst prioritizing the safety of our staff and all others around us. We are practicing several safety procedures during COVID-19 such as:
- Working with minimal staff to ensure social distancing within our operation

To adjust to these difficult times & to make your XENO-CLO experience better we have made a few changes to our policies.
Updated Exchange Policy
Online Purchases – Exchange period is extended to 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Delivery Delays
In light of the current situation you may experience delivery delays as our courier partners also face numerous constraints. Therefore please allow for the following number of days for delivery:
Within Colombo – 4-6 business days
Outside Colombo – 5-7 business days
